SATs are over and we look forward to the results of the test. I didn't get a lot of e-mail responses from last week's post, but I will still continue updating the website and am glad you stopped by. Once again, except the person who responded last week, let me know if this is beneficial, what other information you would like, or anything else that would make this a better information tool for you. 6th Grade
We are growing crystals in the Lab and still learning about rocks. We will for the next week and a half or so. There will be a test on chapter 14 Wednesday. A study guide will be going home Monday and after our accretion lab, they will get started on it. We will then move on to formation of rocks chapter 15 moving on to the Jupiter study and a radio astronomy finale in June.

7th Grade
Thank you for attending our final Catalina meeting! As you can tell, it will be fun! To answer the questions raised and communicate accurate information the following should be of note:

There is a snacks shop and students can buy candy and drinks (about $1 each).
The cost of souvenirs are as follows:
$25 for hooded sweatshirts
$10 for t-shirts
$15 for caps

Some special things to pack will be:
No more than 2 cans of silly string
A small squirt gun (I will specify a not to exceed size for space purposes in my next post)

There will be a test Wednesday on chapter 17.

8th Grade
Thank you for responding to my request for final payment to Magic Mountain. I am working on the driving situation and appreciate your willingness to drive on the trip. As the time draws near, I will keep you abreast of all the details. We are moving ahead and there will be a test on chapter 14 Wednesday.
